Our Home Building Process

Plan It

When you picture your dream home, what do you see? We want to take that vision and make it a reality. At our first consultation, we will share our home building process and answer your initial questions. We will look at your existing plan or design one to meet your needs. We want to see your inspiration photos, discuss your needs and wants, and determine the project budget.

Price It

Once we have your completed house plan, we enter the budgeting phase. We help you prioritize your wants and needs to build a home of the utmost quality. This is where your wish list and your budget meet.

Design It

When you build a custom home, every finish in your home is selected by you! We want this to be an enjoyable experience but we know it can be overwhelming. We provide time with a designer to help make all of the selection decisions perfect.

Build It

Once engineering is completed and county permits have been issued, it’s time to break ground! We will schedule several walk-throughs throughout this phase: electrical, low voltage, trim and built-ins, and final inspection. This is the FUN part, the house starts to take shape and your dream is becoming a reality.

Live It

It’s time to start enjoying your dream! We are turning over the keys but you will always be a part of our family. We follow up at one month and at one year to make sure you are loving your new home and everything is perfect. We are honored you chose us to build your legacy!
